ProSearch is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst/Administrator, Middleware Solutions, to support the integrations that connect our enterprise business systems. This role combines business analysis, middleware administration, and production support. You will gather requirements, configure iPaaS and cloud integration tools, troubleshoot data and API issues, and help deliver secure, reliable, and scalable integration solutions. The ideal candidate is a practical problem solver who can partner effectively with business users, application owners, engineers, and vendors to improve workflows, data movement, and system reliability.
In this role, you will focus on three core areas: understanding business needs, supporting middleware and integration platforms, and strengthening reliable data movement across enterprise systems. ·
Qualified candidates will bring hands-on integration experience, strong business systems knowledge, sound analytical judgment, and clear communication skills. ·
Salary range $120,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
