What you bring
- You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a comparable field of study.
- Very good knowledge of GenAI & Agentic AI, including relevant architectural patterns such as RAC, MCP, and agent design.
- Very good knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning in ML pipelines, data analysis, modeling, and architecture.
- Very good programming skills in Python.
- Solid experience with GenAI frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, Langfuse, CrewAI, etc.
- Knowledge in model validation, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment.
- Knowledge in software development Git, Docker, interfaces (e.g., FastAPI), and cloud services.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex AI topics to subject matter experts and management.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as fluent German language skills at C2 level.
- Problem-solving skills and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Knowledge of ethical and data protection aspects of AI.
