We're looking for a highly skilled Email Deliverability & Infrastructure Specialist to build and scale enterprise email capabilities across our lending companies.
This is a rare opportunity to own email deliverability strategy, influence the development of proprietary marketing technology, and establish the standards that drive customer engagement across multiple brands. You'll partner with leadership, marketing, operations, and software development teams to shape the future of our email ecosystem while serving as the organization's trusted subject matter expert.
If you're the person who understands what happens between hitting "send" and landing in the inbox, and you're excited by the opportunity to build something rather than inherit it, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up, influence technology decisions, and establish the standards that will shape email marketing across our organization. As our marketing technology capabilities continue to grow, this role offers significant opportunities for expanded ownership and future leadership responsibility.
At RIVO, you will find we recognize hard work and performance, foster a culture of growth, and encourage collaboration across departments. We value the unique skills and experiences that each employee brings to the table, recognizing that this diversity strengthens our company and helps us fulfill our core values: Respect, Integrity, Value, and Opportunity. If you share these same values and are eager to grow both personally and professionally, we encourage you to explore opportunities with us and apply today to join our dynamic team!
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
