Your Responsibilities
- As part of our delivery team, you will work with clients from the public and private sectors to bring our mission to life.
- With a high degree of legal expertise, you will translate legal regulations, their application schemes, and the underlying decision logic into machine-readable Rulemaps.
- You will automate Rulemaps, for example by using Rule AI, and ensure their quality through in-depth legal research, among other methods.
- You will integrate Rulemaps into overarching, legally-defined workflows, support their integration into existing SaaS and process landscapes, thereby creating a system for high process automation.
- Beyond specific projects, you will support the development, refinement, and standardization of topic-specific Rulemapping configurations and product use cases.
- You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, working in close collaboration with other functional areas of the company.
Your Profile
- At least a first state examination in law with a grade of satisfactory or better, or a comparable legal qualification.
- Ability to prepare legal content precisely and structurally, and to translate it into comprehensible decision logic.
- Methodical and systematic approach to legal issues, combined with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new legal areas.
- Hands-on mentality and a desire for responsibility.
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Professional demeanor and confident interaction with clients.
- Strong communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1 or higher) to effectively mediate between clients, technology, and business.
- Specific expertise as a legislative drafter or in administrative law is an advantage.
- Ideally, experience in the Legal Tech environment, particularly with SaaS applications or legal automation tools.
- A strong interest in automation and AI, and ideally initial practical experience with LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, or query languages.
