Position Overview
Job Title: SuccessFactors Integration Specialist
The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is seeking a full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support the production environment of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system.
The specialist will manage integration activities between SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP ECC modules (HCM/FI), and non-SAP systems, including legacy applications and external vendors. Responsibilities include data migration, inbound and outbound interfaces, integration development, and production support.

Required Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integration.
- Experience leading data migration, interface, and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation.
- Participation in data migration, interfaces, and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, including production support.
- Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
- Experience creating technical design documents, data mappings, and specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Public-sector experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate data-related tasks with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting dependencies and coordinating data loads and extracts.
- Ability to train and mentor staff responsible for ongoing post-implementation support.
- ABAP programming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the SuccessFactors Employee Central production environment.
- Lead and coordinate data migration, interface, and integration activities.
- Manage inbound and outbound integrations between SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECC HCM/FI, and external or legacy systems.
- Support data migration activities across SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Develop data mapping documents, technical designs, and integration specifications.
- Coordinate data loads, extracts, dependencies, and integration activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support ongoing production operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, functional teams, vendors, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document integration processes and support knowledge transfer.
- Mentor staff responsible for ongoing system support.
