Schonfeld
New York, New York, United States
We are seeking an exceptional AI Enablement intern to join our Enterprise AI team in the New York City metro area, where they will own a backlog of prioritized use case solutions and deliver them end to end - from requirements gathering with business stakeholders through solution design, build, testing, rollout and adoption tracking. You will work hands-on with the business teams who use what you build, partnering with our Platform & Tools function to build on the firm's shared AI infrastructure rather than reinventing it. This is a conversion-track role: strong performers are considered for a full-time offer at the conclusion of the program.
You will own a backlog of prioritized AI use cases and take each one from idea to adoption. That means sitting down with business stakeholders to gather and sharpen requirements, designing a solution that fits the problem, building and testing it, rolling it out to users, and tracking adoption and impact after launch so we know what is actually working. You will partner closely with our Platform & Tools function, building on the firm's shared services, APIs, SDKs and evaluation tooling, and feeding back what your use cases need from that platform.
You will collaborate with senior team members to learn what it takes to deliver AI solutions that stick in a fast-paced, technology-driven investment environment. Additionally, you'll get the opportunity to network and socialize with peers throughout the internship.
Kick-start your career in finance with the Schonfeld Summer Internship! Over the course of 10 action-packed weeks, you will have the opportunity to build solutions that tackle real-world challenges and leave a lasting impact on the firm. As an intern, you’ll join a close-knit team that is ready to support your growth and accelerate your career. We will pair you with a dedicated manager and a mentor who’ll guide your development over the course of the internship and beyond. Throughout the program, you will have the chance to connect with senior leaders through a series of learning sessions, attend hands-on skills workshops, network at social events and get a behind-the-scenes look at how various functions power the firm. We’ll empower you to bring your ideas to life and make an impact.
