YOUR TASKS
- Your main task is product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, recording and classifying support cases

YOUR PROFILE
- You have good basic IT knowledge (network, operating system, ERP user knowledge)
- You have a solid educational background, e.g., IHK degree in IT specialization, degree in business informatics, or comparable qualifications. Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI, B2B, MFT, EAI and API environment and have knowledge of communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
