YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your main task is product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, recording and classifying support cases.
- You will resolve support cases independently or together with 3rd Level Support.
- However, you will not only fix errors, but also improve the operation of SEEBURGER solutions together with the customer through appropriate problem management.
- For our premium customers, you will take on the role of Designated Support Engineer, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the customer.
- In addition to classic product support, you will support the support team with software updates, system analyses, and projects in the service environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have good basic IT knowledge (network, operating system, ERP user knowledge).
- You have a solid educational background, e.g., IHK degree in Fachinformatik, a degree in Business Informatics, or comparable qualifications. Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support.
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI, B2B, MFT, EAI, and API environment and have knowledge of communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases.
