Job Description
Administer, control, and ensure the integrity of analytical information recorded in the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), ensuring complete traceability of samples, compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, adherence to Petrobras contractual requirements, and timely availability of analytical results to internal and external clients. Responsible for ensuring that the entire electronic flow of samples occurs with integrity, traceability, and adherence to SGS corporate procedures.
Job Objective -
Ensure the correct electronic management of laboratory information, promoting integration between sample reception, analytical execution, technical validation, results issuance, and electronic archiving, ensuring data reliability and full traceability of the laboratory process.
Qualifications
- Administer sample registration and control in the LIMS System;
- Control the flow of samples through all analytical stages, ensuring traceability and compliance with established deadlines;
- Perform verification of analytical information before issuing results;
- Issue analytical reports and provide results according to internal procedures and contractual requirements;
- Control execution deadlines (Hold Time) and sample preservation;
- Provide technical support to laboratories in the use of the LIMS System;
- Support internal, external, and client audits by providing records and traceability evidence;
- Develop and monitor indicators related to laboratory information management;
- Identify and address registration inconsistencies and deviations related to electronic information management;
- Participate in continuous improvement actions related to the LIMS System, laboratory processes, and other demands of interest upon request.
