DEVELOPMENT ANALYST II
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in the development project planning of solutions and/or customizations, based on the technical specification and defined scope, flowcharts, modeling diagrams, and relevant documentation and technical specifications according to the needs identified;
- Develop solutions and/or customizations, based on the project and defined scope, using existing programming languages and tools, and relevant documentation, meeting deadlines and technical specifications according to the needs identified.
- Actively participate and contribute in project follow-up meetings, by recording stages and decisions (meeting minutes), disseminating work status, and assisting in resolving potential problems faced by the project team in which they are involved.
- Propose and collaborate in decision-making for the project's technical specification and data modeling (system or application project scope), contributing to the definition of architecture standards and the construction of application diagrams, selecting structural elements and their interfaces, connection mapping, internal and external systems, applied technology, with which it will be composed, ensuring team and client understanding and integration with other solutions.
- Perform unit and/or homologation tests on developed systems, evaluating compliance and adherence to requirements and technical specifications, identifying any deviations, preparing a technical report, and forwarding it to the responsible party for analysis;
- Address identified deviations and improvements according to the action plan developed and determined by the technical team.
- Forward the documentation of the developed solution to the Quality and Testing area regarding user requirements and technical specification, providing support during testing execution when necessary, to contribute to solution homologation and user support;
- Monitor the deployment process of developed solutions, intervening in case of production problems, to ensure correct homologation of solutions in production;
- Provide support for existing and installed applications, analyzing problems and performing necessary corrective activities, aiming for rapid solution recovery.
- Seek constant updating regarding technical innovations in their area of expertise concerning new technologies, tools, resources, software architectures, among other aspects, that can support the development of new solutions and/or systems for the company.
- Perform other related tasks, at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
- Comply with internal corporate policies focused on Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Preservation, evaluating daily compliance with defined operational quality parameters, intervening in case of deviations with the responsible technical areas (SESMT and QSMS), to ensure the treatment of critical points or risks, aiming to prevent work accidents and operational environmental impacts.
EDUCATION
Completed Higher Education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, and related fields.
