In this role, you will
- Perform installation, organization, and maintenance activities for structured cabling in a data center environment;
- Make connections using twisted pair cables, fiber optics, smart patch cords, and Cross Connects;
- Act in the installation and connection of network devices, such as routers, switches, and load balancers;
- Support activities related to communication circuits and protocols;
- Identify and organize cabling and connections, following technical and operational procedures;
- Support the organization and maintenance of the data center environment infrastructure;
- Record activities performed and information necessary for operational control;
- Work together with the team, contributing to service continuity and compliance with established procedures;
- Comply with technical and safety guidelines for the work environment.
Minimum requirements
Required for the opportunity
- Professional experience in a data center environment;
- Hands-on experience with structured cabling, including twisted pair and fiber optics;
- Knowledge of Cross Connect connections;
- Experience with installation or connection of network devices;
- Organization and attention to detail in carrying out activities;
- Initiative, commitment, and ability to work collaboratively;
- Availability for on-site work in Brasília – DF, during night hours.
It would be a differential
- Experience in large-scale data centers;
- Knowledge of load balancers, communication circuits, and protocols;
- Knowledge of ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or similar systems;
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
