Job Description
- The construction, operation, and further development of modern cloud infrastructures are part of your responsibilities.
- You ensure the stable, secure, and performant operation of systems and platforms.
- Additionally, you support the design of highly available and fault-tolerant architectures.
- You continuously improve existing cloud environments regarding reliability, security, and costs.
- You work on the introduction and operation of platform-based cloud services.
- The analysis of performance and capacity, as well as the derivation of suitable optimization measures, fall within your area of responsibility.
- The automation of recurring tasks and infrastructure processes are part of your role.
- You work very closely with our development teams, architects, and clients.
Consulting means flexibility: your project deployment depends on our clients and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site at the client's location, and from home.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational training.
- You have several years of professional experience in the operation or further development of cloud or IT infrastructures.
- You have a fundamental understanding of cloud concepts (e.g., compute, storage, networks, platform services).
- Additionally, you have experience working with Linux-based systems and container or virtualization-related environments.
- You show interest in automation, e.g., using scripts or Infrastructure-as-Code approaches.
- You have already gained experience with monitoring and logging concepts and have a feel for stable systems.
- A structured, solution-oriented approach and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies characterize you.
- Very good German and English skills (from C1 level) complete your profile.
