About the role

As a Principal Manager, Process and Product, you will lead a specialized team responsible for shaping SSENSE’s planning, merchandising, and creative platforms. Acting as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and software engineering, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from business process design and UI/UX architecture to complex tooling features. You will combine portfolio governance, team management, and workflow optimization to translate business needs into high-performance, AI-optimized software solutions.
