Data & AI Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)

Our AI Strategy team supports our clients in conceptualizing and implementing their Data & AI strategy. In doing so, we always aim to enable the full utilization of the potential of data, data science, and AI. In close collaboration with our clients, we tackle a wide variety of strategic challenges, from the initial determination of the AI maturity level, through the formulation of the Data & AI strategy, to the development and implementation of new operating models.

Focus: Developing Data and AI Strategies for Clients

You will work closely with our renowned clients, guiding them in shaping their future by providing strategic advice on data and artificial intelligence (AI) and ensuring they are well-equipped.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing ideas and solutions, leading workshops on topics such as data and AI strategy, use case identification, AI operating models, data culture, project management, data infrastructure, and AI platforms.

Furthermore, you will develop innovative consulting services and formats and support us in identifying promising future fields.

You will also contribute your expertise to the creation of high-quality content and sales materials, thereby convincing potential clients to collaborate with us.

With the appropriate experience, you will quickly take on project responsibility.

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business, computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a comparable field.

Initial exposure to AI, data, or data-driven business models is a significant advantage.

You have gained 1–2 years of full-time experience in a strategy or management consulting firm, or in a comparable role within a corporate environment.

You quickly recognize interdependencies, structure problems, and develop creative solutions.

You communicate complex topics clearly and in an audience-appropriate manner.

You possess very good German and English language skills, along with a high degree of customer orientation and teamwork ability.

You are willing to undertake occasional business travel.

The role requires German language skills of at least C1 (proven)
