Senior Product Designers are expected to deliver satisfactory solutions that cover multiple states, product lifecycles, and personas that require little refinement, and use the Design System by understanding, following, and defining interaction and architecture patterns to ensure consistency and quality, in addition to properly understanding the principles of interface construction in code.
They are also expected to influence the business vision of more than one product in the tribe where they operate, leading the customer journey discovery process, applying varied research techniques, interpreting data, and translating solutions into hypothesis tests.
They must consistently manage stakeholders, promoting alignment and visibility of the process and influencing decision-making, define success metrics based on products and initiatives developed with a certain level of autonomy, and also establish, with a certain level of autonomy, initiatives that generate impact on result KPIs based on the company's objectives and strategy.
