What it's like to be a Product Manager
The PM is responsible for managing the complete Product lifecycle, deeply understanding customers and their pain points, the product they work on, and the business area. They must collaborate with business, engineering, and design teams, ensuring the product generates a positive impact for the entire ecosystem. They should be specialists in their market, attentive to changes and innovations in the financial and technology markets, to find the best solutions.
They generate value for customers and the business, being responsible for executing the product pipeline end-to-end, translating real customer pain points into viable solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary squads, and ensuring deliveries generate impact aligned with Stone's objectives.

Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the investment offerings domain roadmap, aligned with the strategy of the Investments Tribe and Stone;
- Understand customers, their problems, and opportunities for connection with investment products;
- Design and evolve the end-to-end offerings pipeline — what is presented, to whom, and at what point in the journey;
- Define how the platform should orchestrate offerings and how product inventory is managed;
- Execute daily discovery techniques (user research, market insights and trends map, benchmarking and competitive analysis, business case, persona and customer journey, problem statement and value proposition canvas);
- Connect product decisions to accounting closing and reporting processes, and to the financial settlement of operations;
- Define, test, and experiment with solutions, ensuring detailed specifications for the development process;
- Address complex problems with a high degree of ambiguity, navigating between areas and teams to build scalable and sustainable solutions;
- Monitor product development, launch, and performance, using metrics, KPIs, and data analysis;
- Manage prioritization, backlog, and continuous value delivery;
- Map risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks, transforming them into prioritized improvements;
- Align with other stakeholders on progress, problems, opportunities, and results found during the period.
What We Expect From You
- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end processes and flows;
- Strong data foundation to investigate problems, assess impacts, and make decisions;
- Ability to read the current state, define the future state, and structure the path between the two;
- Experience with complex platforms and operations (dense business rules, integrations, scale);
- Skill in articulating different areas and organizing dependencies;
- Sharp critical vision and balance between customer, business, risk, and operational constraints;
- Comfort and appetite for financial topics — you don't need to be an expert in accounting and settlement upon entry, but you need to want to and be able to dive into these processes.
It's a plus if you have
- Experience with investments or other financial products;
- Experience in regulated contexts;
- Familiarity with offering, recommendation, eligibility, or segmentation engines;
- Experience with accounting and settlement processes, and with registrars (e.g., B3);
- Experience with product inventory management.
