WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE
As part of the Information Systems & Data Department, the employee will assume the following responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data;
- Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms;
- Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities;
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (business, technology, product, marketing, operations);
- Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions;
- AI-First mindset, proactively utilize artificial intelligence tools and accelerators to optimize data analysis, model development, and daily tasks.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Higher education in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar fields;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Analysis roles;
- Solid knowledge of Python and/or R;
- Experience with SQL and database manipulation;
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
- Experience in developing Machine Learning models, predictive models, and time series;
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation;
- Good communication and ability to translate data into clear insights.
