You will develop and implement modern Microsoft 365 solutions for our enterprise clients. Your focus will be on data strategy, security, and AI enablement—from architecture to successful execution. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on their journey toward a secure and future-proof M365 platform. Specifically, you will take on the following responsibilities:
Our team ensures our clients' communication and supports them on their journey to the cloud. We carry out projects in the areas of M365, Modern Workplace, Teams, and Exchange. Additionally, we support our sales crew with technical consulting and presales inquiries from our clients. Our focus areas include:
- Modern and Traditional Workplace
- Security & Identity with Microsoft Entra
- Teams, Exchange, and Data Governance & Compliance
We guide clients from strategy and conceptualization to implementation and support our sales teams in developing future-oriented M365 and AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and implementation of M365 architectures with a focus on Purview, Entra, and Copilot
- Building and further developing secure, scalable, and AI-ready M365 tenants
- Implementation of solutions in the areas of information protection, data lifecycle, identity, and access
- Advising clients on the introduction and use of Copilot and modern AI functionalities
- Conducting workshops and presentations for technical and professional target audiences
- Providing support in technical presales for the development of solution approaches
- End-to-end execution of projects—from design to Go-Live
Your Skills
- Degree (FH/HF) in Computer Science or comparable experience
- Several years of experience in the field of Microsoft 365 (engineering / consulting)
- Solid knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
- Microsoft Purview (e.g., DLP, Information Protection, eDiscovery)
- Microsoft Entra (Identity, Governance, Conditional Access, tenant architecture)
- Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI services (basic understanding, governance, security aspects)
- Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise M365 architectures
- Good knowledge in the areas of security, identity, and cloud governance
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate complex relationships in an understandable way
- Enjoyment of direct client contact and very good communication skills
- Willingness to travel 40-60% within German-speaking Switzerland and flexible working hours
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Certifications in the Microsoft environment are an advantage
