Job Responsibilities

- ✅ Implement automation tools such as Odoo, Zoho Books, Aspel, and other ERPs.
- ✅ Configure taxes, electronic invoicing, and CFDI 4.0 in Odoo and other systems.
- ✅ Train and advise clients on accounting, tax, and administrative matters.
- ✅ Prepare financial and accounting reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- ✅ Assist in accounting and tax audits and advise on administrative best practices.
- ✅ Manage implementation projects, ensuring quality and delivery times.
- ✅ Continuously update on tax regulations and ERP functionalities.
Requirements
Education: Public Accountant, Finance, Administration, or related field.
Work Experience: +5 years in the implementation of accounting ERPs and tax consulting.
Availability for occasional travel.
Age: 30 to 50 years.
Required Experience for the Accounting and Tax Consultant Profile
- ✅ +5 years of experience in:
- Implementation and configuration of accounting ERPs (Odoo, Zoho Books, Aspel, or others).
- CFDI 4.0 invoicing, addendas, payment complements, waybills, and foreign trade.
- Management and configuration of taxes in ERP systems.
- Standardization and automation of accounting and administrative processes.
- Training and advising clients on accounting, tax, and ERP matters.
- Generation of financial and accounting reports.
- Management of accounting software implementation projects.
