- Several years of practical experience in data analysis and in the evaluation of corporate databases
- Sound knowledge in data management, business intelligence, and data visualization
- Experience with data analysis tools and database systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or comparable applications)
- Understanding of data-driven business processes and key figure systems
- Enthusiasm for imparting technical knowledge and didactic skills
- Proficient use of digital presentation media and modern learning platforms
- Independent, structured way of working, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience as an instructor (m/f/d), trainer, or in adult education is a plus
