- Development and implementation of modern server and cloud infrastructures based on Microsoft and Azure technologies that sustainably meet our clients' requirements
- Successful planning and execution of migration projects in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments with a high standard of quality and service
- Ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance operation of Microsoft Server and infrastructure platforms throughout their entire lifecycle
- Ensuring high availability and operational security through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and continuous optimization of existing environments
- Fast and sustainable resolution of technical challenges in the infrastructure and server environment to minimize downtime and operational risks
- Management and implementation of client projects from technical conception through realization to complete documentation
- Contribution to the sustainable success of the teccle group through the successful implementation of infrastructure projects and ensuring high client satisfaction

- You have sound professional experience in the administration of Microsoft Server infrastructures in on-premises and hybrid environments
- You bring know-how in cloud technologies – ideally in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- You approach troubleshooting of server and infrastructure issues analytically and find sustainable solutions
- You enjoy working in a team, identify with server and cloud technologies, and document your work in a structured manner
- You look forward to in-person appointments with clients in the region and ideally have an IT education as well as Microsoft Server or Azure certifications
- You communicate confidently in German – within the team, with clients, and in everyday interactions
- You live in North Rhine-Westphalia and are authorized to work in Germany – this allows us to work together well and smoothly in everyday life
