What will you do?
As a Systems Administrator Specialist, your main challenge is to ensure the stability, security, and continuity of the institution's technological services through the administration of users, devices, and Microsoft 365 tools.
How will you do it?
Your main challenges will be:
- Administer users, groups, licenses, and access in Active Directory.
- Support the configuration and application of security policies to protect technological resources.
- Configure and monitor institutional devices using equipment management tools.
- Administer email accounts and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Monitor the operation of technological services and address incidents related to access and applications.
What are we looking for?
If you have a background in Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, have experience working with Active Directory, user administration, and Microsoft 365 tools, and your skills include problem-solving, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of IT security.
