YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of Microsoft 365 (M365) & O365 including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, licenses, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Setup and operation of MDM with inTune for iOS, Android & Windows (devices, compliance & security)
- Multi-Geo administration for international locations with a focus on data locality & legal requirements
- Coordination of cross-departmental topics in the M365 environment
- Rollout strategies and test plans for new features and system landscapes
- Support and troubleshooting for incidents and problems
- Continuous optimization and further development of existing M365 solutions
- Creation of technical documentation and participation in governance, compliance & license controlling
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training in IT
- Experience in the administration and operation of Microsoft 365
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft inTune, Entra ID, and Multi-Geo
- Experience in coordinating projects, including communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Solution-oriented approach, high quality awareness, and hands-on mentality
- Structured way of working, teamwork skills, and a passion for innovation
- Very good German and English skills are an advantage
