- Provide support for modules related to Tax/Accounting and Payroll of the Domínio System, via Telephone.
- Ensure clarity and assertiveness in the information provided to the client.
- Ensure efficiency in the support provided, as well as problem resolution.
- Understand the client's journey and the paths for each need presented.
- Mediate requests for changes and corrections to the Products.
- Practice and promote the organization's values and behaviors.
- Constantly update yourself on the evolution of the solutions offered to clients and current legislation in the area you work in.
Minimum requirements
For this position, we are looking for professionals with the Skills & Experience:
- Must reside in the Criciúma region.
- Graduated or pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, Administration, or related areas.
- Experience with public service or administrative routines.
- Ease in working with goals and delivering results.
Preferred
- Previous experience in Tax/Accounting or Payroll.
- Knowledge of the Domínio System.
