As a Technical Tax Support Agent I (Support Area), you will be a key player in serving our clients, ensuring an excellent experience and contributing to the continuous evolution of our solutions. Your main responsibilities include:
- Provide functional support for the Fiscal Writing and Accounting modules of the Domínio system, via telephone.
- Ensure clarity, objectivity, and accuracy in the information passed on to clients.
- Act with a focus on efficient problem resolution and client satisfaction.
- Understand the client's journey and direct them according to their needs.
- Intermediate requests for improvements and corrections with the Product teams.
- Promote and practice the values and behaviors of Thomson Reuters.
- Constantly stay updated on the solutions offered and current legislation.
About You
- Must reside in Campinas or nearby cities, with availability for hybrid work model.
- Completed or in-progress degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related areas. Candidates without a degree are also welcome - if successful in the selection process, they will be hired as Technicians.
- Ease of working with goals and focus on results.
- Adaptability to structured processes and routines.
- Good communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
Advantage
- Previous experience in Tax and/or Accounting areas.
- Knowledge of the Domínio Solution.
