As an IT Security Lead (m/f/d) at TIMOCOM, you will combine technical IT security with functional leadership. You will work operationally with your team to secure our IT landscape and further develop our security architecture, solutions, and processes.

Minimum requirements
- You have several years of practical experience in IT security, e.g., in security engineering, vulnerability management, or security operations.
- You also have experience with SIEM, security monitoring, and incident response, ideally including collaboration with an SOC.
- You are familiar with cloud security, ideally in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or Entra ID.
- You possess a broad technical understanding of security and can thoroughly analyze, evaluate, and prioritize risks and vulnerabilities.
- Topics such as Identity & Access Management, endpoint, network, and infrastructure security are familiar to you from practical experience.
- You work hands-on, use security tools confidently, and develop concrete solutions together with other IT specialists.
- Relevant security standards such as ISO 27001 or IT-Grundschutz are familiar to you.
- You can clearly communicate complex technical contexts.
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2).

- You will analyze security risks and vulnerabilities, evaluate them, and derive appropriate measures.
- You will be responsible for our vulnerability management, from prioritization to the sustainable remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- You will take on the functional leadership of the IT security team, set priorities, and provide support in technical decisions.
- Together with your team, you will continuously develop our security architecture and technical security solutions.
- You will contribute your security expertise to our Microsoft cloud and Azure environments, as well as our hybrid IT landscape.
- Additionally, you will work closely with our external Security Operations Center and coordinate the analysis and processing of security incidents.
- You will also advise IT and business departments, translating security requirements into practical technical solutions and processes.
- You will further develop security concepts, processes, and policies, and strengthen security awareness within the company through targeted measures.
