You will be part of the team from the very beginning. You are encouraged to ask questions, try out new things, and take on your own tasks as you gain experience.
During your apprenticeship at Transline, you will learn how we operate, develop, and secure our IT infrastructure. You will work with modern technologies, support your colleagues with technical questions, and learn step-by-step how to analyze and solve problems independently. The following areas are included:
- IT Infrastructure & Cloud: You will maintain Windows systems and get to know Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
- Network & Communication: You will support networks, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls and help resolve malfunctions
- IT Security: You will assist with security measures and learn how systems and data are protected and secured
- Automation & Digitalization: You will learn PowerShell and support the automation of IT processes as well as digitalization projects
- IT Support: You will help your colleagues with technical questions and support the setup and maintenance of IT workstations
With growing experience, you will take on your own tasks and learn to solve technical problems increasingly independently.

Your profile
You don't have to be an IT pro yet. What's important is that you are curious and enjoy finding out how things work.
What you should bring with you:
- A successfully completed secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a higher school-leaving qualification – or you are about to graduate
- Good performance in mathematics and an interest in computer science and technical relationships
- Good German skills and solid English skills to understand technical documentation
- Enthusiasm for IT, computers, and digital technologies
- Logical thinking, enjoyment in solving technical problems, and a desire to learn new things
- A careful, reliable way of working and enjoyment in working as part of a team
