About the Role
Join an enterprise AI governance team deploying systems that help organizations use generative and agentic AI safely in production. You will combine hands-on infrastructure work with direct customer engagement, owning deployments from technical discovery through production readiness and handoff. Depending on your experience, the role may also include building and leading the forward deployed engineering function.
What You'll Do
- Own customer deployments end to end, from discovery and scoping through production readiness and handoff.
- Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Helm, infrastructure, networking, identity, observability, and scaling in customer environments.
- Turn recurring deployment challenges into reusable tooling, patterns, and playbooks.
- Work with enterprise engineering, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders to unblock implementation.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to share deployment insights and inform the platform roadmap.
- For the team-building opportunity, establish and grow the forward deployed engineering function.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical deployments.
- Hands-on experience operating production Kubernetes clusters and deploying with DevOps tooling.
- Working knowledge of agentic workflows and enterprise large language model deployment patterns.
- Ability to independently drive complex technical work and communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with regulated industries, customer-owned infrastructure, networking, or observability is helpful.
- For the team-building opportunity, experience or potential to lead a technical team.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $165,000 to $215,000 USD annually.
