What awaits you with us
- In close collaboration with the department head and the entire team, you will support the coordination, documentation, and execution of special projects and take on additional tasks that increase efficiency and quality in the Global Order Management of our services and software.
- You will support our team in the implementation of AI and RPA solutions as part of process digitalization.
- By analyzing and optimizing key figures, you will create reports, identify potential for improvement, and contribute to the evaluation and preparation of data for dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
- Additionally, you will create regular reports on orders, deliveries, and order status, and support the definition, continuous adjustment, and evaluation of relevant KPIs.
- Together with the interface departments in the Supply Chain, you will ensure that all relevant performance data is correctly recorded and communicated.
What you bring with you
- Your academic background is based on studies in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
- Your interest in sales processes and customer relationships motivates you in this role.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You combine fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, with good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a reliable, structured way of working.
- Ideally, you have initial practical experience in sales and in the creation of RPAs and AI agents.
