What awaits you with us
- In your role, you will prepare the processing of IT requirements from the business departments and take over their organization.
- In supporting IT Business Partner Management, you will participate in central processes and activities in coordination with the specialist and business departments.
- By developing process optimizations and analyses, you will contribute to the improvement of the end-to-end process in the implementation of IT projects.
- By participating in exciting IT projects, you will have the opportunity to independently take on and drive forward topics.
- As part of the team, you will create dashboards and reports in the IT platform ServiceNow, for example, to monitor current projects or the performance of IT services, and also support the implementation of innovative AI use cases in ServiceNow.
What you bring with you
- You bring initial practical experience in IT as well as good knowledge of MS Office.
- With very good German and English skills, you can navigate confidently in an international environment.
- You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
- A structured and independent way of working characterizes you, as do strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- In your work, you show a high degree of initiative and actively contribute to the topics in your area of responsibility.
