We are looking for a professional to develop and evolve critical business solutions, focusing on high performance, scalability, and availability. With the differentiator of AI Advocate, you will have the strategic role of driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools within the organization and with clients, in addition to technically supporting the team and contributing to the design of distributed architectures in cloud environments.
What you will do here *
- Develop and evolve robust backend applications using Java, designing and implementing REST APIs and system integrations. *
- Actively participate in the dissemination, exploration, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions in workflows and products. *
- Participate in defining technical standards and architectural decisions, dealing with microservices and event-driven architectures. *
- Ensure technical quality through automated tests and code review routines. *
- Support multidisciplinary squads in solving complex software problems. *
- Monitor and optimize the continuous performance of applications in Cloud Native environments.
What we expect you to know *
- Solid experience in development with Java 11+, Spring Boot and the entire Spring ecosystem. *
- Practical experience with microservices architecture and building RESTful APIs. *
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts: RAG, BMAD, APM, Devin, Claude, Copilot, and Hive (internal tool). *
- Experience in the Cloud ecosystem, preferably AWS. *
- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, as well as messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar). *
- Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. *
- Skill in creating automated tests (JUnit, Mockito).
