Minimum requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or related fields
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of the contract management lifecycle;
- Experience in data analysis;
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
- Understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements applicable to contractors;
- Intermediate English for global operations;
- Ability to lead process improvement and simplification initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation and data tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc.);
- Basic knowledge of compliance and auditing applied to procurement processes.
- Orientation towards continuous improvement and automation.
Responsibilities and Job Activities
- Support the development, evolution, and maintenance of systems related to mobilization and contract management, interacting with IT, Procurement, EHS, and Operations departments.
- Conduct analyses and propose improvements and simplifications in contract management lifecycle processes, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
- Work with automation and data tools (such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI), collaborating on the creation of workflows, reports and indicators.
- Contribute to the application of EHS requirements for contractors within mobilization and contract management processes.
- Support internal and external stakeholders in resolving demands, ensuring process alignment and good interdepartmental communication.
- Participate in and, when necessary, conduct training on mobilization processes, contract management, compliance, and the use of related tools.
- Assist in ensuring process compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Operate in a global environment, collaborating with international teams when necessary.
