Required qualifications
Education: Incomplete higher education in Administration, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.

- Experience in PMO, project and/or portfolio management, business planning, or strategic operations.
- Experience in technology environments, financial governance, or corporate planning will be considered a plus.
- Advanced English.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in PMO tools and tracking dashboards, such as Excel, Power BI, and project portfolio management tools.
- Solid knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models).
- Experience with roadmap planning, demand management, and strategic prioritization frameworks.
- Consistent knowledge of budget, financial forecasts, and CAPEX and OPEX concepts.
Responsibilities and job activities
- Support the creation, maintenance, and alignment of the Technology Roadmap across all portfolios.
- Support prioritization processes, ensuring that initiatives follow the established governance model.
- Facilitate strategic discussions with Product, Technology, and Finance leadership to validate assumptions, timelines, and dependencies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Consolidate portfolio updates into executive dashboards, presenting clear insights and recommendations.
- Track the health of initiatives regarding scope, schedule, budget, and the realization of expected benefits.
- Maintain frameworks, templates, and project and portfolio governance processes.
- Ensure that initiatives comply with approval workflows, documentation requirements, and financial standards, including CAPEX and OPEX guidelines.
- Support the demand intake process, ensuring that business cases meet quality requirements before being submitted for approval.
- Work together with the Finance team to validate cost estimates, resource needs, and investment assumptions.
- Ensure alignment between portfolio plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Support the monitoring of cost performance and variance analysis of strategic initiatives.
