SaaS Platform Administrator (Hybrid)

VIATEQ Corporation is looking for a SaaS Platform Administrator to support our prime contractor and our government customer in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid and requires 2 days on-site. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

The SaaS Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, operations, and sustainment of our client’s portfolio of Software-as-a-Service platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, and subscription-based enterprise applications. This individual serves as the dedicated technical administrator for the client’s SaaS platform portfolio, ensuring that SaaS applications are properly configured, securely administered, reliably available, and aligned with security, compliance, and data governance requirements.

This role is focused specifically on SaaS platform administration and operations, the technical discipline of managing cloud-based application platforms, administering user access and licensing, maintaining security configurations, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring that SaaS platforms integrate effectively with our client’s enterprise identity and security infrastructure. The SaaS Platform Administrator works across a broad portfolio of SaaS applications, bringing consistent administrative discipline, security awareness, and operational rigor to every platform in the SaaS environment.

This individual must demonstrate solid technical proficiency across SaaS platform administration, enterprise identity integration, license management, and Federal SaaS security requirements, with the ability to independently manage routine and moderately complex SaaS administration tasks and escalate complex issues to the Senior Application Operations Engineer or Applications & Integration Lead as appropriate.

$105,000 – 125,000. This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location, and other factors.
