In the Digital Sales Enablement (IESA) group of Enterprise IT, we develop solutions for our internal customers together with VOIS and external partners. In addition to the Enterprise business unit, we also provide individual solutions for customer requirements from Finance and Consumer. What awaits you
- As a Senior Salesforce Developer / Administrator (m/f/d) in the team, you will be responsible for operational system analysis, including analyzing errors and performance problems.
- You will conduct root cause analyses and initiate measures for error correction.
- You will develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows, and integrate third-party tools and APIs.
- You will administer and configure by maintaining and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
- You will manage user roles, profiles, and security policies in close cooperation with our colleagues at VOIS.
- As part of an agile team, as a Senior Salesforce Developer / Administrator (m/f/d), you will be actively involved in implementing new features and optimizing existing processes.
- You will act as a point of contact and coordinate the collaboration between business units and IT partners.
- You will create and update IT solution designs and concepts in coordination with the business units and IT partners.
- You will support decision-making by analyzing solution options and costs.
Minimum requirements
What distinguishes you
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT solution design, software development, and/or IT project management.
- Several years of practical experience with applications from the Salesforce.com derivative (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
- Above-average methodological, social, and leadership skills, especially with virtual teams and offshore developments in India & Hungary.
- Independent and responsible way of working, as well as teamwork, reliability, resilience, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to provide support and perform tasks such as deployments outside of business hours.
- Fluent German and English skills (B2 according to GER).
- Knowledge of tools (TTWOS, ITSM, JIRA, Github…) is an advantage.
