ROLE OVERVIEW
Volkswagen Group Services GmbH is the service provider within the Volkswagen Group. We offer diverse project experience at the world's largest automobile manufacturer, international and strategic Business Intelligence projects, innovative work methods, and comprehensive training opportunities.
Our area of responsibility is the analysis of systems throughout the Volkswagen Group for various exciting projects. We also create Business Intelligence solutions for a wide range of clients. In all our projects, we utilize Data Analytics tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Python etc.
Our Business Intelligence team is seeking support from a functional coordinator (lead) for Data Analytics & BI Solutions (m/f/d) like you. Seize this opportunity and apply now!

POSSIBLE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
- You will take on the functional leadership of the BI team, including coordinating team members, efficient task distribution, ensuring high work quality, and timely project completion.
- You will ensure the data quality and performance of BI analyses and manage/optimize reporting solutions.
- You will serve as the point of contact (m/f/d) for internal stakeholders (e.g., departments, IT, management) on all BI-related issues.
- You will develop best-practice solutions in the areas of BI and Data Analytics.
- You will train team members (m/f/d) and foster knowledge building in the BI field.
- You will evaluate and establish modern, previously unused BI systems/solutions and continuously develop analyses & processes.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You have in-depth professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or database management.
- You have very good knowledge of Tableau and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, or similar) and ETL processes (dbt, Knime).
- You possess sound experience with SQL and data visualization.
- You have analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach to work.
- You are communicative and possess the ability to convey complex issues understandably.
- You have sound experience in project management (JIRA).
- As our projects are currently conducted in German-speaking environments, we require fluent German language skills (from level C1).
