As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our growing team. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role at the intersection of technical expertise, customer success, and sales
support.Job
- DescriptionDeliver technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration
- partnersSupport field deployments, including pilot programs and high-profile
- installationsConfigure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyez’s cloud platform and third-party
- systemsDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware connectivity, and
- softwareAct as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal
- teamsPartner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer
- presentationsProvide hands-on support when required while guiding
- partnersGather and communicate customer feedback to Product and
- EngineeringMaintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian
- toolsTravel extensively (~50%) across

Minimum requirements
