You are the central point of contact between IT service, information security, and our business departments. Your core task is to expertly manage incidents, strategically develop our IT security structures (ISMS, ISO 27001), and shape a secure, process-oriented IT landscape.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
Your Responsibilities
- Incident & Vulnerability Management: Holistic management of disruptions and security incidents, root cause analysis, and assessment of vulnerabilities (e.g., CVEs, Security Advisories).
- Information Security (ISMS): Active expansion of our ISMS according to ISO 27001, execution of risk analyses, and consistent follow-up of security-relevant measures.
- Process & Project Management: Leading internal IT and security projects, supporting changes, and continuously optimizing our service processes.
- Consulting & Sparring: Advising business departments on security topics and supporting the establishment of "Secure-by-Design" approaches (in close collaboration with our infrastructure and cloud teams).
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience & Focus: Several years of professional experience in IT service or ISMS environments with a clear focus on IT security (well-founded know-how in secure structures and processes is crucial here).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of vulnerability and IT risk management, as well as solid knowledge in the area of ISO 27001.
- Tech Stack: Confident use of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and modern workplace solutions. A basic understanding of service processes (e.g., ITIL) is helpful, but not a strict requirement.
- Personality: Analytical, risk-oriented thinking, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.

- Strong communication skills – even for complex or critical topics.
- Independent work style with self-responsibility and prioritization skills.
- Team player with experience collaborating with various departments.

Languages

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, or ITIL Foundation).
- Experience with security solutions (MS Defender, Sentinel) or endpoint management (Baramundi).
- Knowledge in Jira Service Management or Secure Software Development
