Your Role within the team 🤩
As a Business Operations & Data Specialist, you will be the strategic bridge between our data infrastructure and business operations. Your mission will be to design, optimize, and automate information architecture to transform complex data volumes into actionable insights that boost operational efficiency and enable decision-making in Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

Your main responsibilities will be
- Data Architecture and Quality: Design, build, and maintain relational data structures, models, and processes that ensure clean, reliable, and scalable information in our Data Warehouse.
- Executive Reporting & Dashboards: Develop interactive control dashboards in BI tools to monitor key business metrics, the sales funnel, and operations.
- Process Automation and Integration: Identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive workflows by connecting systems (CRM, internal tools, and data platforms) using APIs, scripts, and No-Code tools.
- Strategic RevOps Partner: Analyze complex information to propose continuous improvements in Marketing, Sales, and CS, translating operational requirements into analytical solutions and documenting end-to-end flows.
- Technology Stack Administration: Ensure optimal use, governance, and data traceability in key platforms such as HubSpot, Vitally, and operational integrations.
What should you know? 🧠
- Professional Experience: 2 to 3+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering positions.
- Advanced SQL: Solid mastery of complex queries (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, and basic optimization).
- Data Warehousing & BI: Direct experience working with Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) and building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- CRM Ecosystem & Tools: Practical handling of CRMs (HubSpot desirable), advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and automation or APIs tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or Python).
- Modeling and Documentation: Demonstrated ability to model relational data structures and document processes, business logic, and functional requirements.

- Handling Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Knowledge in creating Health Score models for customers.
- Previous experience integrating heterogeneous systems via APIs or in the HRTech/SaaS sector.
