We are looking for an electrical harness engineer who can play a key role in the development of our battery module electronics and control systems. You will be part of a rapidly growing team responsible for PCBA design, component selection, wire harness designs, and validation testing. Ideally, the harness engineer should have exposure to a broad range of technical challenges and methods in the context of product development, including connector selection, cable shielding, twisted pair communication wires, cable protection, and harness routing. Cross-team collaboration throughout the product development organization is a critical part of this role, so systems-level thinking and multidisciplinary engineering problem-solving are key traits of a successful candidate.
