Concierge Security Officer

Arhaus was founded in 1986 on a simple idea: Furniture and décor should be sustainably sourced, lovingly made, and built to last. Today, we partner with artisans around the world who share our vision, creating beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces that can be used—and loved—for generations.

We are seeking a professional Concierge Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact in our corporate headquarters lobby. This individual will combine the warmth and professionalism of a concierge with the vigilance and judgment of a security professional. The ideal candidate will be approachable, engaging, and polished in demeanor, while maintaining a discreet but effective security presence.

This position is focused on creating a welcoming environment for employees and guests while ensuring access control, surveillance monitoring, and response coordination in the event of a security incident.
