Reliability Engineer Job

Arkema’s Beaumont Plant is seeking a knowledgeable Reliability Engineer to support rotating equipment performance, strengthen predictive maintenance programs, and contribute to long‑term equipment reliability across the site. This role plays a key part in improving safety, equipment availability, and operational continuity within a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.

As a technical resource on‑site, you will collaborate closely with Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and vendor partners to diagnose equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance the health of critical rotating assets.  This position requires strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to support structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement efforts.
