JOB OVERVIEW

Armorous is seeking a dependable and adaptable Armed Field Training Officer (FTO) to support field operations through rapid-response coverage, employee training, and operational support. This is a dynamic role designed for a high-performing security professional who can step into any site with confidence, deliver consistent service, and support both team development and client satisfaction. The FTO plays a critical role in ensuring coverage for last-minute call-offs, supporting new employee training, and maintaining operational excellence across all assigned locations.
