We're growing steadily and are looking for an experienced accounting professional who wants to become a key leader within the firm.

What You'll DoClient Accounting Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts Perform monthly reconciliations and close processes Prepare and review financial statements Maintain accurate general ledger records Ensure high-quality client deliverables Tax Support Prepare and review business and individual tax returns Assist with tax planning and compliance Research accounting and tax issues as needed Support clients throughout tax season Team Leadership Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff Review work for accuracy and completeness Improve workflows, documentation, and quality control Help build and scale the accounting team over time Serve as the first point of escalation for accounting questions Client Service Communicate professionally with clients Resolve accounting issues proactively Manage deadlines across multiple engagements Deliver consistent, accurate work with minimal supervision
