Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary for this position ranges from 92,900 - 167,100 CAD/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Our Technical Program Managers lead programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market. We align product, engineering, and business teams to exceed the expectations of our customers. We are relied on by leaders across the organization to execute on critical programs with high business impact.
Technical Program Managers are key contributors to Akamai's success. You will be responsible for leading projects and developing processes that enable us to measure and improve performance resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
