Energy Operations Manager, Data Centers

Meta's Infrastructure Data Center team is seeking an experienced energy professional to lead operational energy management across its global data center portfolio. As hyperscale AI and compute infrastructure demands grow, this role is central to ensuring Meta's data center energy supply is reliable, cost-effective, and operationally sound across utility interconnections, power procurement agreements, and on-site generation assets. In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational management of energy supply arrangements supporting Meta's data center campuses—spanning utility service agreements, demand response programs, behind-the-meter generation, and grid interconnection compliance. You will serve as a key interface between Meta's energy strategy, infrastructure development, and utility partners to ensure operational continuity and commercial performance across the data center energy portfolio.
