Senior Manager Gen AI
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Generative AI to lead the delivery, expansion, and adoption of corporate Conversational Artificial Intelligence products. This position will act as a bridge between business, Product, Data, and Technology areas, ensuring that AI-based solutions generate real business value and an excellent user experience.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end initiatives, from requirement definition to implementation, adoption, and continuous evolution of AI products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the delivery and evolution of Conversational AI and GenAI products.
- Translate business needs into requirements and prioritized initiatives for the Product team.
- Manage roadmaps, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communication for projects.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and UX teams to develop scalable solutions.
- Promote the adoption of solutions through training, communication, and user monitoring.
- Monitor performance indicators, response quality, adoption, and business impact.
- Ensure best practices for governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI use.
- Identify new AI application opportunities aligned with the company's strategy.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and remove blockers to ensure project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Data, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Program Management, Product, Technology, Analytics, Data, or Consulting.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects involving AI, GenAI, Analytics, Digital Products, or Digital Transformation.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital product management.
- Ability to partner with both technical and business areas.
- Advanced or fluent English.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or postgraduate degree.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Product Management.
- Experience in global companies or the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
- Spanish.
