WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Work with SAP Billing, FICA, CRM, and WM modules in the commercial cycle, focusing on companies in the Utilities sector (Electric Energy, Water/Sanitation, and Gas);
- Participate in processes related to customer service, meter-to-cash, collection and billing, field services, and loss prevention;
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within SAP IS-U and legacy systems integrated with the ecosystem;
- Act from the requirements gathering and discussion phase to the detailed solution design;
- Perform configuration and/or development in SAP as required by the project;
- Execute and support tests, ensuring the quality of deliveries;
- Monitor the implementation of solutions in the production environment, ensuring stability and adherence to requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE PERSON WHO WILL BE PART OF THE TEAM
- Experience with SAP IS-U, especially in the Billing, FICA, CRM, and/or WM modules;
- Experience in projects in the Utilities sector;
- Analytical skills and good communication for interaction with business areas and technical teams;
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution design;
- Collaborative profile, with a focus on delivery and problem-solving.
