WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Work on SAP HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors, and EHS modules, supporting implementation, support, and maintenance initiatives;
- Design, configure, and develop SAP solutions, translating business requirements into efficient and scalable applications;
- Collaborate with cross-functional areas to gather requirements and define solutions aligned with HR and Health, Safety, and Environment processes;
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including payroll processes, onboarding, recruitment, performance, and training;
- Configure and integrate SAP solutions (HCM, SuccessFactors, EHS) with other systems in the corporate ecosystem;
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and dashboards to support operations and decision-making;
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including LGPD, eSocial, OSH standards, and compliance policies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE PERSON WHO WILL BE PART OF THE TEAM
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors, and/or EHS;
- Experience in implementation, support, or maintenance of SAP solutions;
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution design;
- Analytical skills and good communication for interaction with business areas and technical teams;
- Collaborative profile, focused on delivery and problem-solving.
