WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: *
- Work with SAP modules related to industrial processes and asset management (PS, PP, PM, QM, APM, and PLM) in implementation, improvement, and maintenance (AMS) projects; *
- Interact with business areas and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand demands and incidents; *
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of requests with the technical team, ensuring quality and delivery deadlines; *
- Act as a focal point in demand management, ensuring continuous communication and alignment with users and clients; *
- Perform unit and integrated testing, ensuring solutions adhere to the defined scope; *
- Evaluate impacts, diagnose potential issues, and ensure the stability of SAP systems in the production environment; *
- Propose continuous process improvements and lead risk mitigation actions, ensuring operational efficiency.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE PERSON WHO WILL BE PART OF THE TEAM: *
- Experience with one or more SAP modules: PS, PP, PM, QM, APM, or PLM; *
- Experience in SAP implementation projects or maintenance (AMS); *
- Experience in incident analysis, testing, and functional support; *
- Ability to interact with business areas and stakeholders (client facing); *
- Analytical, organized profile with a focus on problem-solving.
